PBO Benefits Society – Projects 1 & 2:
Both projects are co-ordinated by Sharon and Marcus Pearson and are linked together, however, they have split them into 2 projects rather than trying to offer too much from the initial one.

Philosophy of Project –
- It has to be something that can be accessed by anyone – locally, regionally and nationally – so we have made it Internet based.
- It has to be something that involves little or no cost for those taking part.
- It has to be something that generates immediate benefits.
- It has to be of benefit to PBO Members and for the benefit of all.
- It has to be of value.
It has to have scope for generating more income and profit from something with a focus – so we have chosen -
- To allow people to buy and sell almost anything they want and to help them do this safely and securely AND to expand this so that people may be able to work part time supporting others and making money for themselves.
- We have also chosen to provide a focus – ‘kids stuff’ – but this is being run as a Project in its own right – (This is Project 2).
Project Description –
‘Facebook friends and pals’ is a free facebook group that encourages other friends/users of facebook to join / like the group.
- Non-members of PBO (that join ‘Facebook friends and pals’) are rewarded by being given access to a website (http://palsblog.co.uk and www.sales4.me.uk ) where a fantastic range of products and services are offered at discount prices from affiliates – thus SAVING THEM MONEY.
- They are further rewarded by earning 5% commission for encouraging 50 of their own facebook friends to join ‘Facebook friends and pals’.
- If anyone chooses to join PBO Benefits Society then they can have their own website (within www.pboshop.co.uk) and offer specific affiliate products and services from the wide selection provided – and then receive between 5% and 25% commission when they support project 1 or 2.
- Members of PBO Benefits Society also receive a FREE E-FUNDING GRANT for a wide selection of Internet Solutions – many of which provide beneficial selling options enabling people to buy and sell on the Internet at affordable prices
With Projects 1 & 2 – PBO members can choose to have £10.00 donated to their own beneficiary organisation or receive £10.00 for themselves every time they encourage someone new to join PBO Benefits Society and to support project 1 or 2.

Additional Developments:
The Project is also going to provide a focus for those who want to get involved in buying, selling and exchanging ‘Kids Stuff’ in the Rochdale area.
It will be establishing another facebook group and an e-bay brokerage business that focuses on allowing users to promote ‘kids stuff’ for free.
Project Income and Expenditure:
This is in relation to those who join PBO and support Project 1 or 2.
£10.00 per member contribution will be paid out to members as a recommendation bonus.
£10.00 per member contribution will be paid out to the Project Co-ordinators for managing the project and maintaining and updating the affiliate links.
£10.00 per member will contribute towards training and support sessions that will be provided by the co-ordinators on a bi-monthly basis.
The remaining funds will be used to build up a fund that may be used for premises, or transport costs to facilitate employing members to run the ‘business’ aspect of supporting others in the safe and secure buying and selling of goods.
All monies raised by ‘Kids Stuff’ will be used to develop and support part time work opportunities and to support IT training for those involved in managing this business aspect of the project.
